美国传记研究院（American Biographical Institute）设立“曾汉民奖励基金”（Prof. Dr. Hanmin Zeng Award Foundation）

2007年2月，美国传记研究院（American Biographical Institute）正式设立以曾汉民教授命名的“曾汉民奖励基金”（Prof. Dr. Hanmin Zeng Award Foundation），旨在奖励在科学－教育－文化领域取得突出成就的各界人士。美国传记研究院院长J. M. Evans在给曾汉民教授的信中指出，“您的声誉无疑将增加美国传记研究院的威望性……。从今往后，曾汉民奖励基金将是本院的常设项目。”（…The reputation of your respected name will undoubtedly serve to embellish the esteem and authority with which the American Biographical Institute is regarded throughout the would, and for that I want to sincerely thank you. …… From this date forward, the Hanmin Zeng Award Foundation will exist as a permanent fixture of our Institute.）。该奖励基金的设立一方面是对曾汉民教授长期教学、科研、管理工作的肯定，另一方面也说明我院的国际合作水平取得新的突破。
